Hydroquinone making my skin dull and worse

I've been using hydroquinone for 3 days. Should I combine it with 0.025% tretinoin now, or wait 1–2 months? Hydroquinone is making my skin look dull. I'm also using aloe vera to help prevent irritation.

Yes u need tret to up the skin cell turnover so the hydroquinone can penetrate your skin barrier and not js attacking the top layers
