in the morning i use azelaic acid and betamethasone valerate ( for nose thinning )
and at evening i use tret
im planning to remove azelaic acid and add in hydroquinone
gpt told me if i use hydroquinone in the morning with betamethasone valerate it'll rape my skin. what should i do ?
will hydroquinone + tret at night work and betamentasone at the morning ?

put sunscreen even if ur not going out in the morning. spf 50 pa++++ or die
do tret and hydro 3x a week first then slowly until ur skin gets used to it do it everyday at night.

jfl i never used sunscreen since i always wear long sleeves and pants. But i will use spa 50+ but shouldn’t i start tret n hydro 1x a week and built it up week by week ? or is that how u did it.

How are the results are they noticeable ? especially to other ppl ?

1x is too pussy. i started every other day tbh just noticed peeling in the first week. also rep my comments nigger
yes its noticeable but it takes a few months for it to be really noticeable. also avoid sun like a vampire and apply sunscreen.
