hyoid bone

what could that mean for the hyoid bone?

I am new but know alot about mewing and last week I learned how to maintain it while sleeping
I make sure of 3 things
lay on back
good oral posture (tongue on the roof of the mouth making sure the lower 3 is on the roof too)
if I sleep on the side I put a pillow to support my head
