My hyoid fuvks up my sideprofile how can I get it higher It fucks my whole side pb, do Chintucks and Neckcurls bring smth or is it cope?

Not even that bad, you can try, maybe idk if it works, train the tongue as ghe hyoid is connected to the tongue muscle.
Other than that surgery or idk
