Hyoid help

This a screenshot from a video, but I’ve been consistently spamming chin tucks and neck curls and can’t seem to improve my hyoid. I’m aware my bf% is probably a big factor effecting my facial area but I was wondering if there is anything else I could do, I’ve considered aqualyx but can’t find it in the uk. Any Help?
