Hyoid muscle and masseter

So I‘m not sure but is it good to train your hyoid muscle under your jaw. Bcz it can grow and if it grows ypur jaw might look a litlle recesed. And hoe do you get thinner masseter muscle because I‘ve heard it would hinder you to get hollow cheecks

thats cope, the stronger the muscle the more the bone can grow because of support, just look at steroid users their bonestructure

chintucks are good im not sure but training them makes them tighter and give you that “tucked in jawline” look

idk I just do 500 chintucks a day sometimes 300 just depending on my mood

no that's because anabolic compounds also cause bone growth, regardless of support. however without proper support you'll get downwards growth
