Hyoid problems?

What is this under my jaw someone please help I don’t know if I have hyoid problems I mean I can’t change my hyoid bone do I have to train the supra I know „training supra“ sounds kinda like TikTok cope but as long as I get rid of this thing under my jaw.Someone told me my sternomastoid is the problem I don’t really know tho
