Hyoid raising surgery = swallowing problems?

BSSO, Hyoid suspension raise the hyoid bone, giving you a sharper jawline. My concern is that the vertically raised hyoid bone will cause problems regarding swallowing food. I searched online and 2 ais say that it has an impact on swallowing but when I read articles and look at the anatomy I cant really say that the hyoid bone has smth to do with proper swallowing. Cuz imagine eating after surgery and then fucking water gets into your lungs and you get severe problems...
