is it possible for the rapid opening and closing of the jaw to train the hyoid leading to tmj? if so literally everything leads to tmj so it doesn't matter(asking out of curiosity rather than worry)

chewing hard leads to tmj or the overuse of masseter i doubt doing it minimally will cause tmj
