Anything to do something with my hyoid? everytime i look at some photos anybody taken of me i just notice that my hyoid is fucked and it ruins my side profile sm i think if i could fix it my side profile would be 10 times better

You can. Either BSSO or intraoral opening wedge bony genio

you can put filler in your chin and do hyoid exercises (theres a botb thread on them) to create the illusion of a more projected mandible
