i want to obtain medical condition, and request a sleep study (polisomnografia) for sleep apnea and then go to ENT doctor for aiways i want to lie about functional impairement like waking up gasping for air, have daytime fatigue and cant concentrate, and constant jaw locking also speech affected and get medical documentation supporting the need for early surgery
and get from a psychologist or psychiatrist document psychological distress due to facial appearance then Contact maxillofacial surgery departments this plan is shit im still planning more
