Hypergamy question

I’ve thinking and I couldn’t really come up with any answers but do you guys think that gay guys have the same level of hypergamy as women do?

I mean if we look at it from a clear biological standpoint the reason people are gay is probably because there is an error or some sort of issue somewhere. This isn’t really that important but if it IS true that it’s just an error that lays in there biology does that mean that it also changes there level of hypergamy?

And if it does then how long does this “error” go? Does it align perfectly with the nature of women’s sexual preferences? Or does it’s stop at some point.

Now I know that you guys can’t answer the question with experience as you are not gay but try to answer it from a biological and maybe even a philosophical point.

They don't. Gay dudes are generally similar to the average guy in terms of hypergamy I think, and there are also fewer options for them to choose from so they take whoever is available. The answer may be different for the more flamboyant ones, but I doubt it. Women on the other hand are the same as always. The guy above me mentioned domestic violence rates among lesbians and those are due to their inherent approach to relationships staying the same imo.

If sexuality is a spectrum then that is probably true. I have never really believed in that theory though.
