That doesn't cause inflation. They can print, but no inflation may happen.
Because "printed" money, will only be given out by banks through money creation through lending. AND, Banks only give people loans when they think they can get themoney back from that person/business. And if not, the bank will just keep money on teh balance so it doesn't even enter into society. ONLY, when banks get rekless with providing loans, can huge risks happen from "printing" money; because tha the money ends up in society and into places of losers whom will just do the loser stuff with it and not pay back. And than shit goes down, if that happens on a large enough scale
I think deflation is more a risk in the comming future; than hyper inflation.
