what could i do to lighten my skin like topical formulas and creams and shit and how do I reduce hyperpigmentation on the eye area

Also how do i reduce my eyebags or even by a bit because i have recessed infraorbitals i just need a little bit of coloring on them or match the color

Concealer foundation wont do much but will make the skin look a lot better at least, ngl get implants or go on GH cycle

Igu, add similar skintone foundation all around eye area and zygomatic region and nose too if u want, not on cheeks tho,
