Hyperpigmentation from bonesmash

posting this just so you know, it can happen.

It happened to me on my left zygo and left jaw.

Luckily no on my front area just side.

I use concealers to hide it and thiamidol (maybe cope), to treat it.
Tretinoin was making it worse somehow (more acne even after months).
