hyperpigmentation HELP

I used to tan under the sun with no tanning products and no sunscreen while i wore my glasses , this caused me to have dark spots on my nose due to the glasses and my colouring is horrendous and makes my eyebags appear darker. I tried to use 20% azelaic acid to fix it but nothing changed what can i do for this shitty problem that has been killing me for 4 months
