One last thing I forgot to mention, you don't need to inject vitamin C, liposomal works just fine, and might even be superior in such cases.Hydroquinone, Injectable Glutathione and Vitamin C will always be the gold standard for hyperpigmentation.
You could also use Tazarotene/Tretinoin, they both produce the same results long term but Tazarotene is more aggressive and will yield results much faster w/o the irritation produced by Tretinoin. Both are shit at the end of the day, though. Low dose accutane is preferable.
You could combine them with GHK-cu aswell. It even synergizes nicely with Tretinoin in that it upregulates retinoic acid receptors by 130%.
All you need is a good vehicle and you'll be able to get it into the skin.just dose whenever you want but always try to keep your blood levels consistent. It has a pretty short half life.

I can see that OP has some mild Acne. Acne is an overexpression of the IGF1R/AR complex in sebaceous glands and will never be solved with MUH diet.
