Hyperpigmentation tazarotene hydroquinone

What should my routine be for using Tazarotene and Hydroquinone for hyperpigmentation. I've gotten different responses from diff websites n sources on whether to use them both at night or use hydroquinone in the morning.

start off every other night and increase to every night. after using for 3 months, cycle off to azelaic acid & tret. use sunscreen daily.
