U can def heal this with time, but it would be faster with tret, and it's basically the best skincare product. But ofcourse you don't need it.

Looks like closed comedones (whiteheads), you need to use an aha or bha exfoliator weekly to even out the rough skin texture.

Accutane for that is overkill, just use tret.

All you need is a:

• Cleanser
• Moisturiser
• Sunscreen
• Tretinoin
• Weekly BHA (for example Paula's Choice 2% BHA)

Then you can expand later on by implementing Vitamin C serums, Niacinamide etc.

Watch what you eat.
