Alright, genuine question here. Looking into hyperplasia and I'm really interested. Most of my body is developed, however the two prime muscles I'm going to be aiming for in this is my lats and my side delts, afterwards the next month I'm going to hit my front and rear delts while also consistently training my lats and side delts to continue hypertrophy ASAP. They're already moderately built, and from the framemaxxing guide, would previous hypertrophy hinder the potential new muscle fibers I make? For context, I am a 14 aspiring mogger only utilizing calisthenics, wish me best.

Just focus on hypertrophy instead of hyperplasia man. It's a waste of time chasing it.
