The further away from where you live and the less contact you have with the person the better. Killing someone like ur gf in this hypothetical scenario is way more risky than a random stranger walking down the alley

Most murder cases don't get solved, at least in the US. So it's very likely that you can get away with it, specially if it's something random, like killing some random jew in the street, and not someone of your personal circle.

Anyway, getting away with murder probably revolves around:

• not leaving any sort of dna evidence behind at the scene of the crime
• not being identifiable in surveillance footage in the areas in and around the place where you kill said person
• having some sort of alibi whether it's someone you can trust to vouch for you or setting up a script to shitpost on looksmax so you can show the police that you were actually at home at the time.
