Now, since there's a lot of illegal immigration to Europe and especially US, which gets more female immigrants, or at least I would guess (they are also Latinas) would a hypothetical serial killer have a lot of good luck? He would probably be able to lure poor females who only came to the country and are very vulnerable. Since those girls would not have any documents of the new country and would be unknown to the system their dissapearance would be mostly unnoticed. That serial killer could then proceed to put the women in captivity, rape them, torture them, etc. and finally kill them without much fuss.

Ofc this is just a hypothetical scenario, but an interesting one to think about nonetheless.

In the us you can easily ditch it in a different state and the police from your state can’t even search in another state because of law.
