Dream i guess is trimax, jaw implants for taller ramus, rhino, saddled infras and supras.

If u are jutting take a new side pic. If u are not jutting then you can get trimax + infras + supras and rhino as its best to combine recovery

I am not jutting but my bite isnt bad because I had braces and I need a reason for insurance to cover bimax but im not sure I have any good enough reasons

I have had teeth pulled but yeah i have normal bit slight overbite my uperlip js has no support cuz of recession

Its has some marginal health improvement. And do you know what a part of why people are getting bimax is because of aesthetics. In Sweden kids get otoplasty for free just so they dont get bullied.
