That being said a person with very bad areas will take every upgrade as a win but someone with good base can get botched very easily you have to pick surgeon very wisely and be extremly conservative surgical planning for average+ guys should be literally perfect since you are very near to looking uncanny also gotta keep in mind slight improvements pile up so you cant be greedy

yeah i am, and nah mine unfortunately turned out HORRIBLY, like my eye area is so dark and shit its a horrible smv killer. The step off of weak infras is so obvious its genuinely horrible and makes me look autistic and scary asf. Like an implant could slot into them like a lego piece

To go from low htn to mid htn is literally like one flaw. Sometimes not even that maybe it’s the fact your eyebrows are too sparse or something. So really if you were to ascend 0.25 psl points which is going from low to mid you would have to fix one minor flaw

Yeah also over projection and uncanny look is also very possible and it is easy to fuck up philtrum in both ways wrong placement can even cause worse angularity or more droppy skin like if you are giga recessed you can slap trimax and implants but if you already got deep hollows even paranasal implants can actually make it worse if the placement is bad long story short fixing one small failo can fuck up other stuff significantly like you said

No canthoplasty too but i think infras do the majority of work its hard to describe it or record it but especially on my less swollen side from every angle under eye looks more solid and supported for harmony it does a lot and idk why but it gives some kind of glow to your eyes especially on some other healed results dudes somehow get to shiny and alert eyes from literal blank corpse eyes
