Hypothetically speaking, what would be needed to fix craniofacial dystrophy after 25?

In order to understand what exactly the problem is with craniofascial dystrophy, which surgeries would be necessary to fix it 100%? Does craiofascial dystrophy affect only part of the maxilla or the entire maxilla? I am referring here to options after the growth phase is fully completed.

Recession affects the entire maxilla. Not only maxilla, actually sometimes it might affect other parts of the skull(mandible, frontal bone....)
There is no surgery that can be performed on a non-deformed person for recession that affects parts of your face other than the maxilla. Just get the cosmetic surgeries you can and you should be satisfied with it, there is nothing else you can do. And you "should" be satisfied with it because usually its enough to make you decent anyways? Surgeries aren't easy and surgeons are not perfect beings, they make mistakes... The mistakes they make aesthetically is not worth taking the risk of an exteremely risky surgery, because in the end the aesthetic gain you get from those kinds of surgeries is not higher than the aesthetic loss you will also get from the same surgery.

There is a guide for measuring it in the BOTB thread. You can use that one. But generally you will know if you have a recessed forehead by looking at a side profile photo of your own if your eyes are trained for that
