Hypothetically, would it be fine to do HA filler on top of hard scar tissue buildup in the area from bonesmashing?

For someone looking to do DIY or even professional filler in the chin, could injecting filler over a spot with scar tissue buildup from bonesmashing be a concer?

Scarred tissue obviously has different anatomy than facial bones and less normal tissue mobility, so the product may not spread evenly.

Could this be an issue?
