If you have weak thyroid function it messes with your lung function

I have the opposite problem, almost overactive thyroid causing a high resting heart rate, feeling extremely warm sometimes in night that i can't sleep, having problems with feeling tired and sleeping, hyperactivity etc

I do have adhd but not sure if its related to thyroid jfl
"Research shows that those with a generalized resistance to thyroid hormone are far more likely to have ADHD when compared to other family members with healthy thyroid function. There are two primary forms of thyroid disease, both of which can promote symptoms commonly seen in ADD/ADHD."
Yes it does. No adhd, no thyroid issues and you would have a normal hairline/not bald. I wonder how many bald guys have adhd

This is talking about hypo and HYPER thyroid, hypo causes add and hyper causes adhd. But hyperthyroidism doesn't cause baldness

Ok, let's say people aren't born with adhd. But born with thyroid issues.

So why doesn't adhd go away when you treat thyroid? I think adhd gives thyroid issues not other way around.

Yeah thats definitely a big possibility, the brain has a significant axis with the hormone system in your body, like the various hormones produces in the glands around the brain direct the control of other glands in the body, so adhd people do have a brain different from normal people and that leads to different hormone levels acting on the other glands as well

Unironically his biological dad had a bike shop and white hair even when he died, that won't help in the after life though.

But he had silky hair even at old age, even though his hair was white. Better than nothing.

It's complicated, I think there was a specific gene which causes adhd. One things for sure it's genetic, let's just be glad genghis khan didn't have autism/adhd. Would be a positive for asians if he had a BBC but hey

iodine does something to your thyroid function but I'm too greycel to know.

Blaming iodine is wrong, you should blame adhd instead.
I would assume adhd is the result of bad thyroid function, assuming they are related. Since iodine effects thyroid, iodine should be the "blame".

So why doesn't adhd go away when thyroid is treated? In fact hypothyroidism goes away but adhd never goes away

That means they aren't related lol. A correlation doesn't necessarily mean causation.

I just assumed because

Sounds like the dream tbh wish I could eat 4000 a day without getting obese
No because it actually comes with the added curse of having a low apetite, so you don't really enjoy eating a lot
