Yes implants. Under eye support looks weak. Pretty minor tho. Why cathopexy u have neutral ct? Not needed. I would look into blephoraplasty tho. Honestly pic is ass and its hard to see.

Yeah I’m so torn on fat grafts tbh

I know they would be high roi for me especially in the supras but a lot of people end up with no improvement after like 6 months because the fat just gets reabsorbed

Seems like a waste of money if it only lasts a few months

Upper lids too thick. Honestly im more concerned w ur browridge + brows. Bc i cant really see that much of it but from what i can see the distance from the top of ur eye to bottom of ur brow should be as short as possible and the gap looks kinda big here. Dm me i can explain better

It honestly depends sometimes they stay sometimes they dont.It's basically a gamble.Personally when i look at most eye surgery results i am never impressed.I think its better for you to focus on any other failos you might have (jaw, chin)

i say uue fat graft because uue filler shouldn’t be done by just any surgeon

it is very risky & there’s maybe 2-3 plastic surgeons i trust for uue filler

if you do get uue filler you should give me the surgeons name first so i can check him out

make sure he’s good for you & everything

but again man ur eye area is not bad to begin with
