Why though? What benefit is there to doing these extreme nicotine concentrations? All you're doing is raising your blood pressure, your nicotine tolerance will stabilize anyways and it'll feel the same as it did if you were being consistent with say ~15mg.

Back in my late teens I used siberia 43mg/g for years, almost a can a day. Eventually tapered down and now I'm doing 12mg and get the same sensations as I did back then only with lowered BP.

I think being somewhere around 15mg is ideal, and then on special occasions when out drinking for example, getting one of those extreme versions for a small temporary high. Instead of using those ones all the time and removing all of the fun from them.
