i 4/10?

Hi all, my friend told me to download tic toc, and make a video with my face and this song, my friend said I am pulling a 4 out of 10, what do I need to become a 5/6. I know models have to be pretty and tall and they're 10/10, right? I need muscles and I need to be tall (200+ centimeters).

Here are my parameters!
20 years old
I was born in Ukraine, now I live and work in the USA
My body height in the morning 187 cm, and in the evening 185 when a lot of work and I weigh 70 kg.
I don't exercise or work out and I don't have a diet, I eat everything.
I don't sleep much (6 hours).
I'm skinny and have no muscles...

To become 6/10 I need to join a gym and eat the right food! and sleep more hours, because I have pale skin when I'm in the sun and bruises under my eyes, I don't take care of my hair, I wash it with water. Here are my pictures (sorry I'm not shaved.
