Yep, no better feeling that hitting prs.Fr though. I've been lifting for like 1 month and it's actually kind of addicting, have never been able to get into it like I have with running until now. I'm watching youtube videos about proper form and exercises, learning new recipes, drinking protein shakes, I love the pain of reaching failure and slowly adding more reps and weight.
People talk about wanting to get fast results but honestly I think I'd get sad if I got results too fast, so far it's been a cool journey and I want it to last
