I absolutely hate staying up late rotting

I get carried away rotting on this forum and suddenly it’s 3-5 AM, now I am faced with two equally bad options:

- I decide to go to sleep (waking up early the next day will be quite hard since I went to sleep late, so most likely another day wasted)
- I try to pull an all-nighter (I have to resist the urges to sleep cuz if I fall asleep when I am almost done it will be even worse)

Fucking hell why am I such a retard that can’t just put the phone away and go to sleep?

Don't do this. I've done this so many times and it's ruined my cognitive ability. I have destroyed my brain this way. Even after pulling an all-nighter, sooner than later, I end up ruining my sleeping schedule once again. So it's an endless cycle of a lack of sleep.

I used to sleep 4 hours daily but that was when I had actual obligations that didn’t allow me to stay in bed longer.

Same timezone as you, if I were to go to sleep now and wake up at 8 AM I would roughly sleep 3 hours which is death tier.

I mainly hate waking up late and feeling like I’ve wasted the day since I cannot do much at nights as I don’t live alone.

what matters most is just getting enough sleep, who cares if you sleep at a weird schedule assuming ur obligations allow that

If you're a NEET, all is well but if you gotta go to college / work, then you need to just go to bed a lot earlier.

If you're a NEET, all is well but if you gotta go to college / work, then you need to just go to bed a lot earlier.

I live with my family lol, but doing chores in the afternoon feels so subhuman, specially now that winter is coming, I prefer doing them when there’s nobody else in the house which is the morning.

Bro I have a dishwasher, also usually my mother cleans the things that don’t go inside it, I am talking about cleaning the rooms mainly.

The Night makes my Soul Sing
my thoughts are clarified and quicker and the bleak look of the night sky fits better with my mental state.
Looking at a happy sunny day just makes me think of all the fun shit i could be up to if I wasn't an ugly autist.
