Here’s my story
Abused HGH for gains, ended up with diabetes

So I wanted to share this as a warning for anyone thinking about messing with HGH without proper supervision.

About two years ago, I got obsessed with the idea of perfecting my looks. Gym, skincare, jaw exercises—you name it, I did it. But I wasn’t satisfied. I kept reading about celebs and influencers using HGH to boost their aesthetics. Supposedly tighter skin, more muscle, fat loss—it sounded like a cheat code.

I got some black market HGH from a local plug. No bloodwork, no doctor, no legit guidance. I started at 4 IU daily (dumb, I know now). Within a few weeks, I felt amazing. Leaner, fuller muscles, more energy, even some facial changes.

But after about 6 months, I started feeling off. Thirsty all the time, peeing constantly, random fatigue. I thought it was just diet-related at first, but things spiraled. Got tested. Bam—type 2 diabetes.

Doc told me I pushed my pancreas too hard. Apparently, HGH increases insulin resistance, especially at high doses. Combine that with poor diet and zero medical supervision? Recipe for disaster.

Now I’m on metformin, tracking my blood sugar every day, and dealing with permanent consequences from a temporary high.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. If you’re even thinking of using hormones, get proper bloodwork and a legit endocrinologist. Looksmaxing is fine—but not at the cost of your long-term health.

U should feel sympathy for me for it’s you looksmaxers that have caused this
I’m not feeling sympathy for stupidity. You have to be low IQ to listen to retards on this forum telling you to abuse drugs to looksmax. It’s crazy because I’ve seen users here tell others to abuse roids and that they can eat whatever they want to looksmax and users here were gullible enough to believe that retarded shit.
