I accidentally bit the accutane capsule

So while i was gaming i forgot that i take accutane today and i had to be quick cuz i was about to serve the ball(volleyball game),
I took it and i forgot to swallow it cuz i was too focused on the game, it stayed on my mouth for 10-15 secs max,
Then we lost the rally and i raged and clenched my teeth cuz of it not remembering accutane was on my teeth right after i bit it that shit started to taste like a rotten zombies asshole
I ran to the bathroom and almost threw up cuz of that shit, i drank alot of water and taste barely got off my tongue i wiggled my tongue crazily and i looked like this
