You can't really find out that's the shitty part.

The first girl that cheated on me wasn't that very loving, was unsure of the relationships future majority of the time. So that would be a red flag obviously but it was my first relationship. After she hurt me I vowed to never be with a girl that doesnt "love" me more or as much as I "love" her.

The second girl was obsessed with me, green flag right. I was friends with her for 3 years and we dated for the last year. We would hang out all the time, she would tell me about how much she loves me, and how she wasn't even looking for a partner when she met me but I changed that, she wants to be with me until she grows old, shit like that. She broke up with me out of nowhere a week after we were looking for an apartment to live together. I found out two weeks later she is dating another guy from her church.

I thought I was going to marry this girl, and there was no red flags at all. I don't think you can avoid it, It kind of fucked up my life for a while, crashed out drank alot for a couple months, I still have trust issues with any women I talk to now.
