its probably not because u didn't eat but actually u've been eating lower calories for a while now and the reason it shows when ur sick is because u sweat alot. initially when u lose fat the fat stored in cells gets replaced by water so ur weight and skin stays the same then ur weight will drop in large chunks overnight thru sweat
