The forehead in both pics was deformed tier big so lowering it like this and getting the area below my temples filled. I'll be working from my summer cabin which is in a major ski resort in Sweden so i'll cover the transplant with a fringe and a beanie when possible.

I'm still going to keep using fin so that my hair will stabilize for when i get the transplant in order to reduce chock loss. I would probably go bald at some point without fin but i don't think that moment is right now.

That's bcuz a lot of meds are diffuse thinning so they can cover it up by styling their hair backwards untill its too late.

Not worth it and it probably wont happen

No reputable/good surgeon would perform a transplant on a 19 year old kid that wants to lower a hairline thats isnt even in NW2 territory to NW0, that wont happen

If any retarded surgeon does it, the results will be aesthetically negligible if not bad and fake and you are sacrificing donor hair to put into a area thats not worth it to cover because you probably will reecede with or without fin to atleast NW2 territory at some point

If you are mean to recede, is very hard to recover or keep NW1, fin is not efficient in hairline compared to crown or diffuse thinning. u should only think about transplant knowing how stable is your hair state, u cant predict it at your age.

You are 19 years old, u have no idea about the outcome of your hairline and your overall hair for the next 10 years, it can turn up very bad even with fin. So, focus on mantaining what you have and save as much donor hair as you can, you hair is very straight and thin when MPB usually hits on these kind of hair, it hits hard. If you can just mantain what you have, for the next years, you should feel yourself blessed already
