Turning 16 by the way

I was 170cm barefoot at night before squats and deadlifts

Now 168.5cm barefoot at night after squats and deadlifts

And even siblings told me i look shorter after doing deadlifts and squats

Ima a torsocel by the way and do them incorrectly i think

Also any good source of high protien trying to heightmaxx

You are 5'5. Unless you want to compete in BB, spine compressing compound exercises like squats should be the last thing on your workout list. Yes, you will have bigger glutes, hamstrings etc. but at what cost?

If even your friends noticed you getting smaller, that should be a hint.

Lol,u only can blast hgh and igf1 to grow taller.
Protein powder does jackshit.

Diet is important but don't think that diet would make u 6ft alone.

what about leg press boyos, do u think it compresses the spine? My gym has those precor machines and i kinda feel it on my back when my form is not impeccable
 
Forget the deadlift for good if you aren't going to be a fat powerlifter, It's the most overrated exercise in existence.
 
Yeah I did heavy squats for a while I reckon I've lost about 1cm due to spinal compression

Everyone is taller in the morning then at night. Has nothing to do with certain exercises.

Temporary spinal decompression
 
If you stop doing them for few days you gain the height back, if it was due to disc compression.

Squats + DLs compress the spine. Don’t do them. Body weight banded squats are fine.

Use the horizontal leg press machine, or decompress it with weighted pull ups.

they compress your spine but when you go to bed then your height is restored

Deadhangs will decompress your spine and body you get taller

because your spine has to bear all this weight, you are compressing it so you don't give it potential to grow

stop doing exercises that compress your spine under weight and start doing some calisthenics sets and reps if you want to save your height potential
 
why are you even squatting JFL you only need to train shoulders arms and legs to look aesthetic
