I actually have quality red meat and the cow was treated well so should i eat it raw

Theres a bunch and shitton of red meat at home

The animal was fed well healthy and treated good so basically the meat is high quality

So if I wanted to eat it raw, i could do it with no problems

Ppl dying from raw meat are stupid meats from the market that are unquality shit meats and the animal was raised in a factory and shit and it was treated bad

But the meat i got is very good quality, cow meat red meat

So should i eat it raw? What extra benefits would it have
