This is the norm for me I'm usually glad to get any sleep, i used to go multiple days without sleeping.

It's insomnia, it's gotten better last 2 months and i can reliably sleep long periods of time. 2 months ago i had to take benzos just to sleep.

Most people don't realize how incredibly harmful school is for both mind and body. Sleep deprivation is awful and it's asinine that schools encourage it. I've got severe sleep issues by default due to various factors but at least since I'm in my early 20s I never have to go to school again.
