I ate a teaspoon bc family wluld go insane if caught. But it tasted very hydrating and didnt even need salt.

True. Never needed salt with raw meat. I recommend you cook it blue rare. Hardly any nutrient, moisture and taste loss, but accepted by society more or less.

I’d say it kind was flavorless, not in a bad way. Felt satiating hust for a teaspoon but thing is I tgought it’d ‘taste raw’ but it didnt. The texture wasn’t bad at all
