i actualy have attention deficit syndrome

when someone talks to me for a longer time using long sentences i need to actively pay attention to what they are saying. and paying attention kinda feels bad to me, its hard to do. i know that maybe its normal that if u dont pay attention u cannot understand or remember what they say that good, possibly because your mind has a function to be able to shut off boring talk or so. i i just wish i could easier pay attention, my brain finds it hard to pay attention, especially if they are boring, which most people are. maybe i need to try ritalin or modafinil
