  • Gender dysphoria. Female brain in male body. I always felt female on the inside.
  • 90% of females are happier than 90% of males in modern soyciety. Females are highly privileged and have it way easier in life. Being male is playing the game of life on hard mode.

Sometimes it is not needed for beginners
I didn't do isolation exercises for biceps when I was a beginner because they are my most dominant body part and they got enough stimulation from compound lifts
