to count calories and not eat whatever the fuck i want whenever i want like i used too before i experienced how it is being high bodyfat. makes me feel good about myself. if i wanted to i could go in the kitchen and eat so much fucking food but i understand that it's not worth it. i could drive to little cesars and order a large 3 meat pizza, ranch, crazy bread, cookie dough brownie and enjoy it all to myself right now. but i know for a fact i would feel like a worthless piece of shit afterwards.
