that is amazing to hear my friend, unfortunately I fell down the rabbit hole of substances and a very bad case of escapism, but in the end I have quit everything besides cigarettes, I allow myself to have this one vice as it keeps me grounded but I plan on quitting soon. going to join the army in around 5 months and i am hoping I don’t get deployed and die in a foreign country life has had its ups and its downs but through it all I have realized there’s no point to not do what you enjoy as our time is so finite in the grand scheme of things, hope you succeed in your teaching career and that all will continue to be well with you
