I aged so much in last year

I'm 29yo and damn I can't believe how much I aged in the last year. I'm getting grey hair on the side of my hair and I'm losing even more hair than before, my skin is getting shit tier and I look like shit. It's over for me, or better put, it never began.

Pretty thankful I found this forum relatively early. From age 17-19 (now) IT WAS ROUGH. Skin went to shit, has bounced back pretty good though. All that to say I'm getting on Retin a ASAP.

i get gray hairs now but just use drug store dyes tbh. Not a big deal. I fixed my skin with retin a. Used to have deep forehead wrinkles and now theyre completely gone.
