I almost died doing bench press today

I almost died today, im not joking. In the gym I thought I could leave the bar when I failed my bench press lift.

While the bar came above my neck. I had a survival instinct and asked for help. And tons of guys helped me but It was embarrasing, the whole gym watching me.
