I almost died from starvation in the forest this one time

I did not eat anything in 4 days at that point and I was walking 20-30k steps a day. I was extremely tired so i took a nap in the forest on a bench and when I woke up my stomach was in extreme amount of pain. it was hard to even get up off the bench. i felt like i was dying i had zero energy at all. i just did this for my amusement. to prove i have insane mental strength but after this i had to call it quits
