I almost had a heart attack tonight

Legit one, ever since my LL surgery, I'm LITERALLY in bed sitting or laying like 23.50m/24h a day. I also only eat shit and am extremely depressed and stressed. Tonight, I woke up and had pressure and aches where my heart is , also had anxiety about falling back to sleep. My day is finally coming. My sad days as a dicklet are coming to an end. Allah is great after all. Thank you Allah for granting me an early death at 23 and sparing me from my misery.

I've been feeling pain sometimes in my heart for almost 2 years now, also random tachycardia. Heart attacks are there to save you from old age.

Probably just a pinched nerve from poor posture and ldaring. Heart attacks rarely hurt. Do you have shortness of breath or pain radiating into your shoulder or arm? Sorry to break it to you, but you're not escaping this mess this easily

I had shortness of breath one night like over a month ago. Pain is just discomfort unfortunately.

I was having similar experiences when I was on mk677. Heightmaxxing is bad for the heart I guess or it’s just panic attacks
