I almost lost zero strength after coming off SARMs and not going to the gym for 3 months

i cant, i tried. IM ded srs. I could do 50 puships max long time ago, idk if i can do 30 now.
if you can do 30 push ups you can probably bench 60

I have no idea. Maybe im gonna test my pushups today. Idk about form tho.
